Senegal vs Colombia Live Streaming HD FIFA World Cup 2018

Last day of World Cup group stage matches will be played on Thursday, 28th June 2018 and group H is still wide open with any of the three teams (Colombia, Senegal and Japan) with a chance to book their place in the round of 16. Colombia play Senegal with winner going to first knockout stages while Japan take on Poland and need at least a point to book their place in next round. Its all to play for in what will be another cracking day of football.

Both teams know that they are through to the last-16 where they will face either England or Belgium. Senegal have an easier path to the knockout stage needing only a draw to secure their place.

Colombia have recovered well from their shaky opening game against Japan that saw Carlos Sánchez Moreno sent off just three minutes into the game. Their victory over bottom of the group Poland last week has given them one last chance to qualify for the round of 16.

Senegal have been very fortunate in the competition so far, managing a win over Poland and a draw with group leader Japan. Their win over Poland came on the back of several mistakes including an own goal from Thiago Cionek. They gave Japan too many chances when the two teams met last week. They will need to correct their defensive issues ahead of Thursday’s game.

A point will guarantee they reach the last 16 so coach Aliou Cisse may be tempted to field a defensive line-up.

Carlos Sanchez is available for Colombia after serving a one-game suspension.

Fellow midfielder Abel Aguilar was forced off after half an hour against Poland because of an injury and will not be risked.

Mateus Uribe replaced him as a substitute and could be promoted to the starting line-up, while goalkeeper David Ospina is fit despite suffering a knock against the Poles.

James Rodriguez and Wilmar Barrios are one booking away from a ban, as are five Senegalese players.
